Please give me an example of what you consider a great strategy from a company.  For example, Staples revamped their company because they were losing market share to Target and Walmart.  You don’t have to go to an office superstore to purchase items anymore, you can grow grocery shopping and pick up office supplies at the same time.  So Staples revamped their strategy and they started to carry their products in supermarkets, with the Staples name.  This strategy has helped revamped their brand to now being the most profitable it has been in more than 10 years.
